Clinical Data Errors on Submission |
In the Clinical Tab of CROWNWeb, errors will no longer occur when a user tries to submit data for the same facility, patient and clinical month for which data already exists.

Carry Over of Values from Month-to-Month on the Clinical Tab |
In the Clinical Tab of CROWNWeb, the following vascular access fields will carry over for a patient from month-to-month: Access Type for Dialysis; AVF Usability Date; Maturing AVF Present?; AV Fistula State; AVF Creation Date; Maturing Graft Present?; AV Graft State; Access Physical Examination; Pre Pump Pressure; Graft Survey; Static Venous Pressure; Static Venous Pressure Frequency; Doppler; Doppler Frequency; Intra-Access Flow; and Intra-Access Flow Frequency. In addition, Access Type Frequency and Pre Pump Frequency fields auto-populate from month-to-month with the selected Facility Clinical default values. These values will still need to be manually verified before the submission of data.
